Went to Chapin this afternoon. Winds were howling, but unfortunately, I didn’t get much riding in. I left my house late, and then took a wrong turn off the Midcape exit, and ended up in Orleans. I stopped in to a liquor store, and a guy buying an 18-rack of PBR (nice) pointed me in the right direction. By the time I got to Chapin, it was 3:15, and the sun sets these days at 4:00. Way to go, Eastern Standard Time.
I did get one good ride on Rob’s 7m Waroo. Did some excellent jumps, a few grabs, and a few nice backrolls. I would like to start getting Raileys dialed, because I want to learn how to do an s-bend, and I would also like to learn how to do a judo air. Unfortunately, because time was so limited, I didn’t get a chance to work on either. But it was good to get out. Nice sunset, too.
