I went to Chappy around 2. Had just enough power on my Waroo to haul ass upwind on my skim board. In one tack, I could go from the Bowerman’s clubhouse all the way up near the jetties. Then I’d switch to my good stance, and do a downwinder in the shorebreak all the way back down to Bowerman’s and repeat. It was by far the best session I’ve had on the skim board. I did my first successful jibe, and was nailing ollies off chop consistently. I should have attempted a kick flip.
